4. Products, Pricing & Availability

All prices on our website are shown in AED (UAE Dirhams) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate pricing, stock levels, and product descriptions (including the condition of used devices), but errors may occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing or listing error on your order, we will contact you before proceeding and you may choose to continue at the corrected price or cancel at no cost.

5. Orders and Order Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including, but not limited to, stock unavailability, a pricing or listing error, suspected fraud, or an undeliverable address. Super Golden currently accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Online payment (cards and digital wallets) is planned for a future update and will be added to these Terms once available. You agree to have the exact order amount ready in AED at the time of delivery.

Used phones and laptops are inspected and assigned a condition grade (for example, "Excellent," "Good," or "Fair") which is shown on the product page along with a description of what that grade means for that item. By purchasing a used item, you accept the disclosed condition and any cosmetic wear consistent with that grade. This does not affect your rights regarding items that are faulty or not as described.

11. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

12. Acceptable Use
